The
Spine and Rehabilitation Center is committed
to the effective treatment of the spine and muskuloskeletal
system. Our multidisciplinary team of orthopedic
surgeons, physical medicine physicians, chiropractors,
and physical therapists coordinate medical and
rehabilitative services into a seamless unified
approach offering patients access to the highest
quality care at the appropriate level. Our philosophy
of individualized, conservative treatment results
in appropriate individualized treatment plans
with higher quality outcomes.
The Spine and Rehabilitation
Center’s providers are unique in their
ongoing commitment to increasing the efficacy
of patient care through interdisciplinary understanding
and knowledge. Much of this occurs at weekly “Team
Conference” meetings, where there are presentations
on challenging and unusual cases, emerging technology
and new trends in the literature from each of
the respective disciplines. This commitment to
communication not only increases the knowledge
of SRC’s providers, but also ensures that
patients receive the care that best fits his
or her clinical situation.

The Chiropractors and Physical Therapists
that compose the Rehabilitation Department
at the Spine and Rehabilitation Center (SRC) have worked closely for many
years to blend the “best practices” traditionally associated with both
chiropractic and physical therapy. This includes additional postgraduate training
in the McKenzie approach, spine stabilization exercises, a variety of assisted
and self-stretching methods, a plethora of “hands on” techniques
and several other areas. SRC’s Rehabilitation providers have a broad
set of skills, and are uniquely qualified to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal
conditions.
