Dennis Lane, DC
As a former aerospace engineer, Dr. Lane has a
unique understanding of the biomechanics of the
spine and extremities. He completed his post-graduate
internship under the direction of Dr. Bill Defoyd
at The Spine and Rehabilitation Center learning
the McKenzie method of diagnosis for spinal disorders.
He utilizes an evidence-based approach in the treatment
of conditions involving the musculoskeletal system
and believes that each patient has not only the
right, but the responsibility to participate in
the decisions regarding their care. Dr. Lane treats
each patient as an individual, and places a heavy
emphasis on active rehabilitation, exercise, self-treatment,
and nutrition. When necessary, passive manual therapies
such as myofascial release and manipulation will
be utilized to most efficiently achieve recovery.
