Jason Fuller, DC, Cert. MDT

Practice Description
Dr. Fuller believes in patient independence. Because back problems have such a high reoccurrence rate, it is important to teach people the proper ways to take care of their own back. This would include a program that emphasizes McKenzie exercises, stretching, strengthening, and stabilization. Educating the patient in activities of daily living such as lifting mechanics and sitting posture are extremely important to reduce the strain of daily activities. Spinal manipulation, massage therapy, and other passive modalities are extremely beneficial in the early phase of back care; however, the patient should be transitioned into a more aggressive exercise program in an expeditious fashion.
